Q: What are your booking policies?
The Lighthouse Bar & Kitchen
The Lighthouse Bar & Kitchen operates a walk-in only policy. We currently do not accept bookings for this area of the venue, including our outdoor terrace area. Our team will do its best to allocate walk-ins indoors but we cannot guarantee availability during busy periods.
The Lighthouse Brasserie
You can book a table 6 months in advance. We recommend booking online via Dish Cult. Selected dates may be subject to an amended service schedule, and as such these dates may be unavailable to book online. Full details of any amended service schedules will be visible via our website and social media platforms.
We currently allow customers to make bookings of their own accord for groups up to 8 people. For bookings of 9 and above, please use our contact form and a member of our team will be able to assist you with your enquiry. We do not take bookings for the outdoor terrace area.
The Lighthouse Lounge
The Lighthouse Lounge is a private all-day function space. We provide a series of bespoke packages to accommodate intimate private dinners, corporate events, special occasions and landmark celebrations. Please use our booking request form and a member of our team will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
Q: How can I amend my booking?
If you already have a booking with us in The Lighthouse Brasserie, you can amend or cancel your booking via your confirmation email. If you have a pre-existing private function in The Lighthouse Lounge, please contact your event organiser. If you still require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
Q: Gift Vouchers & Pre-Payments
We have a range of gift vouchers available to purchase via the gifting section of our website.
If a loved one or colleague is dining with us, and you’d like to treat them to pre-payment of their meal or drinks for the table, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will organise this for you.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To redeem, simply bring your gift card or e-voucher with you to the restaurant and hand to your server to be redeemed against the bill. You can check the balance of your gift card here.
Q: Menus & Dietary Requirements
If you or any member of your group has an allergy, intolerance or any other special dietary requirements, just let us know when you book, and our team will be ready to accommodate on the day. We also have allergen charts available to view at your request.
You can find all of our menus on our website. We also serve a children’s menu upon request.
Q: Family Policy
We welcome children of all ages. When you’re booking your table in The Lighthouse Brasserie, please ensure all children in your group are included in your total number of guests. If you require additional space for a pram, pushchair or highchair – let us know when you book and we’ll handle the rest. We have ample space available for prams, pushchairs and highchairs in The Lighthouse Bar & Kitchen.
Q: Dog Policy
Guide dogs and certified emotional support dogs are allowed in all of our venues. We do not allow dogs or other pets inside our venues; however well-behaved dogs are welcome on our outdoor terrace area. We kindly request that all customers with dogs respect the diners in their vicinity by keeping their dog under control.
Q: Waiting List & Walk-Ins
We do not currently operate a waiting list, but you can see live, up-to-date booking availability for The Lighthouse Brasserie via our booking form. We strongly recommend booking in advance for The Lighthouse Brasserie, and our team will do its best to allocate walk-ins but we cannot guarantee availability during busy periods. We do not take bookings for our outdoor terrace area.
Any cancelled tables are immediately made available online via Dish Cult. We recommend that guests periodically check online availability as our online system is live and accurate.
Q: Cakes, Celebrations & Decorations
You are more than welcome to bring your own celebration cake with you. We can present this at your table after your meal. Please make a note at the point of booking and we can arrange this for you on the day. We do not provide candles or sparklers for celebration cakes.
You are more than welcome to bring balloons for the table, however we request that no confetti or confetti balloons are present. Due to the layout of the venue, we cannot guarantee space to hang banners. Please don’t hesitate to contact us and a member of our team will be able to assist you with any enquiries.
Q: Parking
There is a council-owned pay & display car park on site with room for 277 bays and 6 disabled bays. For your satellite navigation: Bracelet Bay Car Park, Mumbles Road, Swansea, SA3 4JT.
Q: Public Transport
Regular buses run to and from Bracelet Bay via First Cymru on the 2A, 2B and 3A services.
